World Card Making Day for Inking It Up Crazy

Oh I have been busy! I don’t know why but I have been up till almost 2am every night and then sleep in to almost 10am every day. I totally feel like I am wasting my time!

I did have a chance to make some cards for Kassidy’s challenges over at Inking It Up Crazy on WCMD and thought I would at least link them up before time expired.

Please note, that I am not the best card maker, and I much more prefer scrapbooking, but I tried by darndest.

Sketch Challenge.

The sentiment says, “today is the day”. The paper is SEI. I did not have a cage to cut on the cricut, so I just used striped paper. I was surprised based on how many carts I have and no cage…

Pink, Black & White

The sentiment says, “styles come and go, but Girlfriends are forever”. I love this set of stamps. I accidentally got some smudges on the stamp and some stickles by the sentiment. I redid this card a few time… but I love this black paper.

Fun Fold 

I wanted to use my new Life’s a Party cartridge. I thought this cartridge was a perfect choice for a fun fold! Super cute!

Holiday

Oh this card gave me trouble, because the sleigh, is an in between size. so I had to trim some of it, and it just wasn’t how I liked it. I have no Christmas or holiday stamps either.

Yes, I know, lame attempt. But it was an attempt. I am keeping myself busy with a million other things… and next week I might be packing up my craft stuff for the move! So sad, but I will need to get it together sometime!
